Mohamed Fayed is a total git. Why beat around the bush.
It was tragic that his son and Diana died in Paris. But numerous inquests have shown it was an accident caused largely by a pissed French driver. End of story.
Only Fayed won’t accept it. He throws mud at all and sundry, especially the royal family as he knows they will not retaliate. He rubbishes anyone who says anything which he disagrees with. As one commentator said at the start of the latest inquest, Fayed will reject the findings unless they are the ones he wants.
But here’s an example of how relaible he is. In 1997 he repeatedly denied that Diana was pregnant, going so far as to say that there was “not a scrap of evidence” to that fact and that any claims were “just nasty rumours”. And yet now he claims otherwise.
It’s high time that the authorities told Fayed, who has never comes to terms with the (correct) decision to refuse him British citizenship,to shut up and go away. Were it not for his millions from London’s overpriced grocery store, nobody would pay him any attention anyway.

i completely agree with you there Tony. Fayed is a complete twat and he should go back to egypt where he came from. He thinks the ‘ordinary’ people in Britain like him, but in truth, we all hate him as well!!

Unfortunately he can’t go back to Egypt as they will throw him straight to jail. He was tried in absence for fraud and found guilty, but because an extradition treaty did not exist between the UK and Egypt at the time of the crimne, he cannot be arrested and deported.
I worked for Harrods in the IT department for 7 years, and know things that still haven’t been reported in the press. The man is a complete bastard. He pays next to no tax, hides his money, passes it between seperate businesses (a lot from the store found its way into the Fulham FC’s accounts, contravening UK companies law), has a fully justified reputation as a sexual predator to young women working for him, rules Harrods like his own private fiefdom, and has done nothing but lie about the non-existent Diana-Dodi affair, because part of the blame lies by default at his door. No one did anything working for him unless they were specifically told to; if that driver was driving fast it was because he had been told to. And as for Dodi – the man had been handed a couple of successful business, including a Ferrari sales franchise, which he drove (no pun intended !) into the ground. He was also heavily into cocaine.
Fayed epitomises the concept of corruption.
